不离不弃

再败,传奇的败给了传奇的烂队.Ben的int再创新高.在对手的qb不敢pass,想pass不被sac即被int的情况下,ben还是执著的在努力奔到redzone,在td唾手可得的时候通过4th down turnover或者pass intcepted的方式将势在必得的比赛拱手送人.
真正的fans在这样的时候,需要做到的是不离不弃.奇迹属于这样的人.fans不是生来要被打败的,你可以打败一支球队,但是你永远不会打败他们的fans.

反思

失误一:第一节13:31,Holmes fumbles at 21,直接损失56 yd by punt,后果TD pass by Vick
失误二:第二节7:39,punt receive以后第一个play就Bad snap,fumbled by Roethelisberger,直接损失43 yd by punt,后果6个play以后TD by Vick.
失误三:第二节4:16,Falcon出其不意onside kick,Steelers毫无准备,直接损知Recovered by Norwood夺回possesion,后果7个play以后TD by Vick.
失误四:第三节7:35,Parker fumbles at Pit 27,直接损知9 yd和球权,后果5个play以后Dunn 1yd TD. Challenge失败.
失误五:第四节0:17,false start Washington at ATL 33,直接损知5yd和10sec,后果损失game winning FG机会一个.
 
抛开失误来看,Steelers有完美的passing表现,无论是Ben在受伤下场前就16/22 238yd 3td还是Charlie替换后直接进入状态8/13 195 2td,都近乎完美.Hines更是在hometown一扫委靡,完成8rec 171yd 3td,最后一个play更是一个70yd的td reception,其中30yd还是掉了一只鞋子后跑的,如果赢了这场比赛,无疑这一play将称为ESPN经典.无奈成王败寇,整场比赛的瑜不掩瑕令人只能仰天长叹.

Steerlers, I'm back

荒废了blog这块大好田地,是可耻的.无责任转载转贴,更可耻,看看我这几个月都贴了啥阿.
转眼这NFL就是第七周了,赛程过了1/3之一强了.三连败让俺一蹶不振,一点提笔的勇气都没有,就连上个礼拜钢人的壮汉和匹大的棒小伙双双打出了blowup都没让俺动动笔.不过今天转念一想,连钢人都知耻而后勇了,我岂不是应该学习一下.是阿,不写blog,可耻阿,转载,更可耻阿.那我就抄袭吧,nnd,果然找到了更可耻的法子.
好闲话说完,言归正传,第七周对手亚特兰大.为啥他们家的队伍都喜欢鹰类的动物,偶不知晓,大概这鸟还是挺酷的,飞得高,看得远,下嘴快,咬得狠,其特点非常适合爱好蹭饭的同学拿来深刻学习体会.可这Falcon碰上Steelers,那就p用都没有了.先看他们的offense,rushing yd联盟第一,passing yd联盟倒数第一,极品阿!咱steelers最喜欢的就是这样的,正中下怀.除了他们的rb Warrick Dunn现在联盟rushing yd排第四(511yd)以外,就数他们的running qb Michael Vick了.来,翠花,上数据.毕毕毕毕,Vick同学passing 676yd,rushing... ... ... 401 yd. OMG,这是qb么.伊04年跑了900多yd,没能破千,莫非今年有意突破了.come on,gimme a break.跑这么欢,那是没有碰到更狠的,瞧,上个礼拜让Giants打蔫了吧.他们就怕个大的,他们就怕physical的,俺们都有.主阿,上Troy,上Casey,给点苦头他吃吃,拯救拯救他吧.Joey继续抽筋......那就歇着吧.
再看他们的防守,来,上数据,数据呢,哦,这回不上数据了,数据比起来不significant了,来点无耻的.看看他们的injury list:
defensive ends Patrick Kerney (hamstring) and John Abraham (groin), and tackle Rod Coleman (toe)

Naturally, the franchise will help usher in the Wii as well.

American Football 101

呵呵,我不是要在这里做FAQ,只是通知大家周末学校有个活动.有兴趣的同学可以去学习一下,掌握了的同学也可以凑个热闹.去年也想招呼大家去的,后来下雨,自己都没去-_-!这次可以的话,成群结对去看场CMU的比赛也好.
不少同学都收到OIE的email了,有个细节偶百思不得:这"1st down and 4"到底是怎么玩出来的?欢迎大家各抒己见.

Wii售价公布!任天堂召开全球新闻发布会

    9月14日,北京时间下午1点整,任天堂全球新闻日本地区发布会正式召开,会上,任天堂的岩田聪社长终于公布了万众期待的Wii的售价与发售日——日本首发12月2日,售价25000日圆!(多家国外媒体已经透露北美将于11月19日发售,售价250美元)
  本次全球新闻发布会由中井美惠主持,开场白之后,主持人便请上了今天的主角——任天堂公司社长岩田聪上台演讲,岩田聪社长先是介绍了目前业界的状况,表明了业界已经从台式家用机向掌机发展的观点,并分析了DS之所以热卖的原因——成功吸引了非游戏爱好者和女性玩家,努力开拓了新的消费者人群,这也是任天堂的基本战略。
      简单的演讲之后,岩田聪社长正式开始公布今天发布会的最大目的——Wii的消息,日本将于12月2日首发,售价25000日圆(约合人民币1750元),今年将推出30个左右的游戏,游戏售价为4800-6800日圆(约合人民币336-476元),首发为《Wii Sports》(包括:棒球、网球、高尔夫
球、保龄球、拳击)、《塞尔达传说 寒光公主》、《跳舞瓦里奥制作》等16个游戏,并将提供30款Virtual Console游戏下载,并以每月10款的速度推出,FC的游戏为500日元,SFC的游戏800日元,N64的游戏为1000日元,另外还有30款PCE和MD游戏,同时也可用Wii点数信用卡支付。
  Wii提倡的是“living room centerpiece(客厅中心装饰品)”,画面上有很多的 “Channel(频道)”,其中有“照片”频道、“新闻”频道和“天气”频道等,Wii还将附送一个“OPERA”浏览器方便让用户连接到因特网。
    随后,岩田聪社长还公布了Wii的相关周边售价,普通遥控器3800日圆(约合人民币266元),双节棍手柄1800日圆(约合人民币126元),经典手柄1800日圆(约合人民币126元)。
    紧接着,宫本贸还与前来的嘉宾著名网球选手杉山爱等进行了《Wii Sports》等游戏的试玩,会场进入了一片欢声笑语之中,气氛达到了最高潮。
